    By placing an order, in person, by phone, through our website, or via third-party platforms, you agree to these terms.
     

  2. Menu & Pricing
    All prices are in AUD and inclusive of GST unless stated. Menu items and prices may change due to market availability and supplier cost fluctuations. Images are indicative only.
     

  3. Allergies & Dietary Requirements
    While we take care, our kitchen handles nuts, seafood, dairy, gluten, soy, sesame and other allergens. Cross-contamination risks exist. Customers with severe allergies must notify staff before ordering. We do not guarantee allergen-free meals and accept no liability for allergic reactions where disclosure has not been made.
     

  4. Payment & Charges

    • Payment must be made at the time of ordering (online or takeaway) or upon completion of dining.

    • Some delivery platforms may apply separate service, bag or driver fees.
       

  5. Cancellations & Refunds

    • Dine-in bookings: Deposits (if taken) are non-refundable unless required by law.

    • Takeaway / online orders: Once an order is accepted and in preparation, cancellations or changes may not be possible.

    • Refunds or credits are at management’s discretion and only provided where required under Australian Consumer Law.
       

  6. Quality & Complaints
    Any concerns must be reported on the day of service or collection. We reserve the right to request evidence (e.g. photo, return of item) before issuing a remedy.
     

  7. Delivery via Third Parties (e.g. Uber Eats / DoorDash / Menulog)
    When using online delivery partners:

    • Orders are fulfilled subject to that partner’s system, drivers, delays and handling.

    • Any delivery-time, temperature or refund disputes must be lodged directly with the platform used.

    • We are responsible only for preparing food to order; we are not liable for late delivery, loss or damage once food leaves our premises.
       

  8. Right to Refuse Service
    We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who is abusive, intoxicated, abusive to staff, or breaches any policy or law.
